I gifted my grandma the Indian head massage for Mother's Day. She struggles with stairs so they made up a room down stairs for the treatment. She loved it and is already wanting to book in again. We understand that plans can change and the unexpected can happen.
You are welcome to reschedule your treatment up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without any penalty.
If you arrive less than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the therapist can still offer the treatment, but 15 minutes will be deducted from the appointment duration.
If you are any later than 15 minutes or a no-show, then unfortunately the appointment will be cancelled and we are unable to offer a deposit refund.
You can cancel your treatment up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty.
Due to the nature of the treatment, Harmony Head Spa and Wellness do not recommend the Japanese Head Spa for people with hair extensions or braids.
Please contact one of our therapists to discuss the suitability of the treatment you are considering.
We kindly ask you to mute or switch off your mobile phone for the duration of your treatment.
We may ask you to remove some items of jewellery for your treatment. These can be stored safely if required.
